Hello my DAB family. Praying all is well with you all.

This is regarding the need for me to sell my house and property. It has been on the market since May but I really need it to sell ASAP as it is causing a financial strain on me and it is hindering my progress getting training for a couple of jobs I need to support me and my family. The problem is whenever an interested party tries to secure financing, they get turned down or unapproved. I have had a small number of people trying to buy the place but no takers yet. I am struggling to make insurance and utility payments in the meantime. Also, the property is over 60 miles from where I live now so I am worried about its security and fending it from vandalizers and squatters. I do have a realtor helping me sell the property but there has been very little traffic and there is over an acre of grass to mow. There’s just no money for all of this so please join me in praying for this property to sell fast so, Lord willing, I can be freed up of this financial burden ASAP. I had tried to post this prayer request on here previously today so if you happen to see it, just know it’s the same prayer request but I don’t think I submitted it properly last time.
