Dear All,
I have been dealing with pornography for a while and finally decided to give up completely but it hasn’t been easy. I can resist drugs, alcohol and any other evil substance but it seems that this is the only thing I am not able to give up as hard as I try I end up back into it.
I had giving up before and was free from it for over 7 years until a few years ago I entertained a silly thought which entered my mind which led me back into this habit and have been struggling with it since.
Please pray for and with me that before the end of this month I’ll have completely giving it up as I don’t want to stay with it any longer and continue the rest of this year with it. Enough is simply enough.

By the grace of God I’ve been free from it going on 10 years.
One of the many things the Lord showed me over the years is to occupy my time with Him. Those times of temptation, walk away, scream a loud “No, I done with it!!” I also found that remembering all pain it caused in my life showed me why I didn’t want to go back. I know we shouldn’t dwell on the past, but sometimes we need to see the mess we we’re to move forward & see why we don’t want to go back.
God is with you, just was he was those 7 years before. Praying for you!!

May 10, 2016 at 6:02 pmFather I pray you bring aid, every time the temptation enters his mind will you give him the sword of your word and that he dispatches that evil instantly with rightful anger and furry, the man desires to be free of it, fill him Lord, give him your grace, give him your forgiveness, give him the strength to end it, allow him to stand up against it, help him draw close to you in times of temptation, I pray you put more people in his life that will help him. I ask all this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Brother God is with You, He has delivered many of us from this and I know He already done it for you too. Satan has no longer power over you on this for he is defeated foe.
I started watching porn when I was young teenager, I kept asking God for deliverance.
After awhile I used to fall in the same sin again and again until God impressed in me to do a research about porn actors and its industry. I was shocked to the core what I found. Here some of the stuff; demons possession, drug addicts, women abusing, sex slavery, child abduction, and more. As a parent and African American Christian this was enough for me to hate the porn and its desires. One eye opener movie is Taken (2008), every parent should watch it.Oh Father how much we want to live with you…

I am asking that you fill your mind with the things of God. Avoid friends/ places or watching programs that will tempt you. Please remember we have an enemy whose ultimate desire is to totally eradicate/ destroy you.
