Hi DAB family. I need prayer for my housing situation. Though I am in a specialist job in the health services field I cannot afford my rent and other apartments won’t consider me without 3 months proof of income 3x rent, which around where I live is on average $1200/month. Though I make enough annually, they won’t consider me because my income fluctuates based on clientele. I also cannot get pre-approved for a house for similar reasons and am being told I have to be making $6k+ a month despite perfect credit and a stable annual income. I am quickly running out of options as mortgage agencies, realtors, renters, and sellers are unable or unwilling to work with me. I have considered getting a second job, but with my current job this would not be possible. I’ve considered roommates but unfortunately have had difficulty finding a good fit. I’d appreciate your prayers for doors to open and opportunities to arise. Thank you.
