    Please pray for me as I study to take my RN nursing exam on Saturday March 19th at 8am. Please pray for peace that I will not be nervous and all that I study God will bring back to my remembrance.

    Dear bbheavenbound,
    Gee, I really like your name “bbheavenbound”; cool!
    As a former nurse, I definitely can relate to this. Ha! Ha! Ha!
    Sweetie, don’t sweat this.
    1-You will realize: either you know it or you don’t….and
    2- Rest assure! God will bring back everything that you will need to know as well as give you wisdom on questions that you are not sure of.
    Been there and done that.
    Even in your practice, you develop “nursing wisdom.”
    NOW FOR STATE BOARDS
    Remember in answering the questions, if you don’t remember anything else I am telling you, remember these two things…SAFETY ALWAYS COMES FIRST ! and…WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING A PATIENT HAS TO DO…(THINK OF ADULT CPR).
    Now see wasn’t that simple?
    So relax…Don’t get yourself worked up, dear.
    It’s just that simple. Seriously, so smile and be happy 🙂
    Laugh…Ha! Ha! Ha!
    Trust me God said He would never leave you or forsake you. Relax. Go outside and enjoy the sunshine.
    Remember to thank God for getting you through this far.
    Give all the glory to Him when you get your license Sweetie.

    Let’s see HeavenBound… You believe that you’ll do well on your test and you’ve studied. Well, God said faith without works is dead, and it seems you’ve done the work, so your test will be alive with all the right answers.

    I’d say good luck, but no luck’s need- you’ve got this.

    Lord I pray for calm nerves, sharp memory, and a passing grade, knowing a new nurse will produce able to help the sick and will glorify you Lord. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

    Dear bbheavenbound,,
    I haven’t forgotten you Sweetheart. Yes, my husband and I will pray for you tonight.
    I know you have been told this by your instructors and the like, but it is worth repeating, “Get a good night’s rest.” They are right honey. Don’t stay up cramming. You’ll only be tired and confused and frazzled.
    Take a deep breath. Relax. You will be fine.
    In addition, when you go into the place where you are taking your exam. You will see very few, if anybody, is going to have books with them. You will see the look of confidence on people’s faces. It will be comforting, really. You’ll be fine, honey.

    Hi I want to thank everyone for praying for me, but unfortunately I was unable to take the exam because I did not take the correct piece of id with me to the testing center.
    Your id muse match the name that you register with.

    Now I’m praying I don’t have to pay again for the exam.

    Dear bbheavenbound,
    Ha ha ha ha! Yes, I remember this, once you brought it up. 🙂 When they say that it must match exactly …They mean EXACTLY! If your application has a middle initial, then your identification must have a middle initial. Ha ha!
    The state board will be able to answer your question about another fee.
    Please, update us when your next testing date is.

    Thanks to all of you again for taking time out to pray for me, this is such a battle for me but I’m fighting, I will be the RN God called me to be. Its to be his hands extended and to do his will in the area of nursing.
    I will update with my next testing date.

    I will be praying for you! I went to nursing school and took the boards 3 times, never being successful, so I know how hard it is. My fiancé is a nurse, and she just went through the same thing not too long ago, and just like her, I’m sure that you will do fine and that God will be sitting right there with you while you take that test.
