I work in a call center, I’m struggling in my performance, one of the factor in our performance is survey, I do my best to help our customer but there are times, What they are asking is beyond our capability to assist. There’s also a happy customer, but it seems that the people who takes survey is the one who’s upset, I’m struggling in my performance and not meeting my performance, If I can decide on my own I will grant all their request. I pray to get a lot of good survey, to succeed in my job, to keep my job, so I can be a blessing to others. Amen, Ana from PA
