Origin notes: This is a blend of specialty grade arabica coffee and may contain coffees from the Americas, Africa, and Asia. The individual components are chosen for both their flavor potential in harmony with the other coffees, and their ability to withstand the intense roasting heat required to develop them to the level of a french roast without drying out completely or turning to charcoal.
