Father God,

Your Word says, “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
Exodus 14:14 Lord where there is sickness, addiction or injury (heal), where there are broken families (restore), where there is conflict (resolve), where there is need (fill). As for me Lord, I’m asking for grace. In trying to be more authentic I’m feeling deserted by the very people that should be surrounding me, my church family. I’m grateful for good friends, but I need to feel your loving touch Father. Help me to fight the desire to draw back, help me to push through into the authentic person you want me to be. Help me to be true to you, and to myself. Thank you for my friends who understand me, and thank you for this community. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
