There is a lot of controversy regarding both Morgellons Disease and Lyme Disease…I knew nothing about them until 15 years ago. Morgellons seems to be connected to Lyme Disease but research has not proven how. Research is , in fact, very limited on Lyme Disease and almost non-existent on Morgellons. A catch all diagnosis has become Delusional Parasitosis for people seeking medical attention for Morgellons symptoms. I am one of the thousands of people in the United States who has experienced this first hand. My prayer is for God to open a flood gate of doors and avenues to provide the legitimate research so badly needed. It is as if this life altering condition is being totally ignored, swept under a blanket of denial and even ridicule, while it rapidly spreads through the ranks of humanity. Doctors, lawyers, rich or poor, educated or not; it strikes in unpredictable patterns. I thought I was going to lose my sanity during the early years after I contracted first, Lymes, then Morgellons, but God has been with me though it all and, still today. My faith has grown strong as He led me through circumstances I could not have imagined and now, I am beginning to see that I need to share some of what I have learned. That too, is part of my prayer request. How would God want me to share my story. Thank you so much….
