I have just reached out to 211, the resource coordinator helpline. I am praying that God will provide through that, or some other avenue. It has been so difficult, trusting him, week by week that this will get paid for… I need to be in Pittsburgh in order to find a job and apartment. I wasn’t getting anywhere near this far when I was at home, having to beg for rides to Pittsburgh, sometimes multiple days a week for interviews, etc. I am believing that the Lord will provide, but also trying to fight the fear that he won’t. My family thinks I need to go home on Monday, since I don’t have any guaranteed way to pay for the hotel for the week, but I am believing that God will provide as he did last week. My water is back on, which is a huge blessing! I have several interviews on Monday, and an apartment tour on Wednesday. I am praying that the resource centers I left messages with will be able to help me. My new church has also reached out and wants to talk about what I’m going through, so I’m praying that the Lord will provide in one or more of these connections. also praying that I will have a job by the end of the week, so that I have a way to pay for things again myself. I hate feeling helpless… I hate being a scam victim, as it makes me feel worthless, though I know I am not. I am tired of struggling… Need the Lord to intercede and right this ever changing and ever difficult situation. Father Jehovah Jireh, please intercede on my behalf. I trust you, and I know that your plan is good. I know that you have the right job for me, and the right place to live, and I’m asking that you come swiftly and mightily and provide these things for me in this situation and time of great need. I need to feel your protective wings against the storm that this world is creating around me. You are all knowing and all powerful. You lift your children up on wings like Eagles. You make a way with there seems to be none. You are holy, and you despise those who wrong your children. Thank you for giving me your ultimate peace and trust, even though my situation is incredibly bleak. I know you are with me, though I struggle to see it. Thank you for sending the people from my church, my family, and others who care about me and are trying to help. You know my every need, and you will provide. Amen.
